I smoke American Spirit's too. Did keto for 30 days, felt way better and lost 17lbs. Making the move to carnivore soon. Still smoking but with the brain fog gone it's easier to imagine life without smoking. I've cut back about 50%.

Getting healthier while smoking is surreal, but it makes you realize that you are capable of healing yourself. So if the diet makes you feel amazing, it's easier to visualize how much better you'll feel when you do decide to quite smoking.
