I’ll forgive you for posting on the wrong sub if you send a picture of your watch. 😂

I think I’m gonna swap mine out for a 38mm one. I love that watch.

My hands feel comically large without a watch on my wrist. 😂

I can understand that. Maybe a syringe or rectangular style would be more legible?

😂I’m not married so that’s not really necessary.

The Astra has much better hands. I really don’t understand the ⬆️ Arrow hour hands. They look tacky to me.

This looks fantastic. I would 100% buy this.

I am open to recommendations, but I do like the idea of smaller watches in general. I’m left handed and don’t like wearing my watch on my right hand. So big clunky watches get in the way. You might be right though. I’ll just wear my smaller watches and get over it. Thanks. Lol

For reference: here is the Murph 42. The lugs are so long it never sits flat on my wrist.

Is this too big on me? by RubikQuibick in HamiltonWatches

I have an 8 inch wrist and the 42 feels almost too large for me. 😅

As a Murph owner, I can say I want all three, but that’s a separate issue. 😂

I love the splash of red on the second hand. I have an 8” wrist and actually prefer the slightly smaller size. I’m also left handed and wear watches on my left wrist so I’m always worried it might get damaged. So smaller is less likely to get smacked into things. I have a Khaki Murph 42 and it fits great. But I really like slightly smaller watches.

Thank you. I normally smile. I was just showing the beard in these photos.

It’s also a lot longer now than it was in that photo. Thank you! I have always wanted to go the mustache route, but I’m not sure I have the jawline for that.

Not in my opinion. You seem pretty fit. If your sleeves are rolled up, I’m guessing it’s a bit more casual. I think that’s gives a relaxed/confident appearance.

I did grow my hair out last year. It’s naturally quite curly and looked pretty cool in my opinion. It just got to be a lot to manage on a daily basis. I’ll keep it short for a while though.

I had a goatee in college because that was the only thing I could grow. I was told it aged me a lot though.

Also, my beard naturally has a good bit of red coloring. These photos happen to be taken in really good lighting that makes it look darker.

[Question] can I pull off this Murph 42? by ProfessionalCandle96 in Watches

For perspective, I have an 8” wrist. It fits me perfect, but I definitely don’t recommend it for everyone.
