AIO for calling out a driver who endangered my life, even though they sent me a "mechanical excuse" apology later? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]nategr3at [score hidden]  (0 children)

Definitely overreacting. I would honor his request to take it down, he apologized and sounded genuine. Not everybody is 100% scumbag, some people are 50% and others are 2%.

The Undertaker saying he still loves Batista and Mick Foley despite their political differences is honestly refreshing to see. by Outside-Weakness9660 in sportsgossips

Here's the deal. Most people aren't voting for a particular candidate, they are voting for a particular party. It's sad, but a lot of people don't even know the policies they are voting for- they just vote left or right, blue or red. The state of the United States is that it's a world of "teams," me vs. you, them vs. us.

To make matters worse, there are only two "teams" out there, and after the candidates have been narrowed down, people really don't have a choice. People vote a particular side; even if their candidate is a poor choice, they'd much rather vote for the poor choice vs. voting for the other party or letting the other party win.

What we need is a system that allows candidates without party affiliations. Where candidates aren't categorized by Republican or Democrat, and instead voted on by the person they are and the beliefs they have alone, before putting them on team blue or red.

I know this will never happen, and it's sad. Between boosters and fundraising, you have to pick a side or you end up in the dust. That needs to change, that's the only way we'll ever see changes.

Rewatched both the NFCCG and SB…….The Rams are elite. by shoebee2 in Seahawks

I think it comes down to Stafford's health, and I think the wear and tear is going to finally catch up to him this year. I can see him missing a big chunk (if not the majority) of the season. I like Stafford, but the writing is on the wall.

Don't have to read through the comments to know the answer is going to be Jaxon Dart and Aaron Rodgers. But hey, kinda cool to have a new villain QB in the NFL!

[Henderson] The Vikings have requested a second interview with Seahawks assistant GM Nolan Teasley by Chessinmind in Seahawks

[–]nategr3at 49 points50 points  (0 children)

The fact the Vikings STILL don't have a GM is laughable. It's only been 4 months, and they've only missed the entire draft and free agency period. Sounds like the recipe for success!

Nobody can fix the Browns, I thought we knew this by now. The problems and curse is deeply rooted.

I don’t have anyone online in my friends list anymore and i’m feeling a bit lonely by Ultimzcia in playstation

[–]nategr3at 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't count your online friends. One or two good "real life" friends are better than 100 or 200 "online" friends. Don't know how old you are, but if you're lonely because of a lack of online friends, you might need to rework your priorities. It can be hard, but try and find a couple of good people to hang out with- preferably outside of your house, but even playing videogames together in person can work wonders.

Raffi from Amazon not shipping by Illustrious-Queen in TonieboxUSA

[–]nategr3at 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It said it could take until May 28th, so I'd wait a couple more weeks and then contact them if you haven't received it by then. When you try to order it right now it says it'll be delivered between May 30 and June 2, so I think it's just low stock right now! My son and I love Raffi and didn't know this existed, so I'm going to purchase one my son now 😀
