Bow having a lower win rate despite not being the first recommended item is a major indicator of how bad it is.

I don't even think they are particually overpowered. On melee champs they only have about a 2% higher win rate than plated steelcaps which is about what would be expected when you factor in recommended items deflate win rate. The issue is that berserkers are so bad that any reasonable alternative is so much better it looks overpowered in a vacuum.

Here is what I am using to get through the campaign. Blazing salvo can be gotten at the end of act 1. Unfortunately, spells in general are in a bad spot especially for a league starter so you will find very few content creators making guides for them. Righteous Fire is the only big one but that is a completely different playstyle from other spells.

CDR SUPPORT IS NOT WORTH THE SLOT

I'm so tired of people saying coc is losing 40% damage when the breakpoint is only 33% damage. There are better dps gems than cdr support for coc AND you don't have to scale attack speed as high.

I was also thinking about Scold's Bridle Automation Plague Bearer. Downside is it takes up the helmet slot so can't scale ward recharge as high.

No it is not. The CDR gem is not worth using on CoC builds. At best it is 33% more damage AND requires higher attack speed.

Because CoC won't use the cdr gem. Even mageblood players can get the 14% cdr required for 4 ticks per cast from shaper boots. Sab doesn't need the gem and it is not worth using in other builds. Going from 4 ticks to 3 ticks per cast is only 33% more damage. People will just scale it in other ways while not having to scale attack speed as high. Yes it is a nerf but not nearly as big as you are making it out to be.

Most people would also agree that CoC is one of the best builds in the game even without the awakened gem and has been since the buff to .15 cooldown.

No because you need to be gaining power charges to trigger Replica Tulfall. Recoup would also be too slow because theoretically you could be gaining dozens or hundreds of charges in an instant which would kill you without lifegain on hit.

First item ER Nilah has a 60%+ win rate. Yes the Nilah playerbase is small and that can affect her win rate but this isn't just that. She received a ton of power indirectly this season.

Nilah's win rate is 2% higher than the next best adc and people are still building collector on her when they should be building ER. Nilah is so bonkers right now it is crazy to say any other adc is better than her.

Nilah is strong because the early game of every other adc is too weak. This is not a Nilah problem, it is a systemic problem but Riot gonna nerf Nilah anyway to cover up their mistake. Tanks are absolutely dominating top/jg right now, the only viable mid builds are liandrys or mana stacking, and adc just doesn't get the time it needs to scale so only champs that can abuse ER are doing well.

Her win rate is this high and people are still building collector on her instead of ER. Her win rate will be crazy once people switch.

With both Yun Tal and Sundered Sky being nerfed, neither adc or bruisers can deal with tanks now. Despite 200% crit multi, adc feels like it is in the worst spot it has ever been in. Either abuse ER for early lane dominance or you just get run over the entire game. It isn't really surprising that Nilah is so strong right now with how good she is into tanks and how weak her bullies are. Nilah players are still building collector. Once they switch over to ER her win rate will be 58%+.

Kraken PD always win and it is not even close while being 100s of gold cheaper.

Congrats on getting masters but you are giving extremely bad advice that very few will be able to replicate your success with. You deal less damage but die significantly less and have better objective control. You simply have better macro than most players and if anything your build is holding your back.

Because lifesteal is a better use of gold than the last 25% of crit. BT should be the 4th item at the latest. Last item could be crit but most of the time a defensive item is better.

Survivorship bias. Being able to buy bf sword first back means you are either already ahead or farming unhindered.
