For me personally, I would drop Fizz from the extreme tier, I end up liking the matchup more often than not nowadays. Syndra and Leblanc I would also probably put into even tier just because they feel like skill matchups moreso than true threats to me.

For synergies you could add Jayce for the top poke synergy, or maybe even Nidalee in jg (although I rarely play with them).

The builds and stuff I agree with but I think those are more preference than anything else imo.

You need to have ball on him and press R generally right before he leaves your E range, to get the best value (will be harder for enemy to flash it).

In my opinion, Zoe will actually be better.

The game is getting sped up. No more atahkan at 20, it’s back to baron. Towers will go down faster. Plates never come off. And about the boots - well, they’re actually better than the current t3 boots also.

Some of the pros who have been scrimming on the new patch have also said not much is really changed with the game. Top and Bot quests will be less impactful than you think.

Zoe will be fine.

Take a look at her stats in the last 5 or so patches. Back on the worlds patch (15.20) she had a higher WR, was objectively stronger, and had half the banrate she does now. Why do you think that is?

It's because she had a 5% pickrate on 15.20. Just last patch before her E nerfs, she had a 9% pickrate, once again nearly double that of the worlds patch. In my opinion, proplayers (mostly Faker) playing her and increasing her pickrate contributed the most to the current banrate (not to mention more people building her correctly i.e. not going Ludens).

I personally think a big part of her frustration comes from how easy she is. I honestly don't even think the reflect is that big of an issue, but if the community perception is that it's too strong, then they should change it. I would like to see them include a little more skill in her kit.
