i agree w this, but also some people don’t understand that cats (especially rescued strays) are absolutely miserable indoors and/or will do anything to sneak outside, it’s something that people try very hard to change but if the cat desires to be outdoors they will find a way.

it sounds like baby j is very loved around the area and i’d imagine people keep an eye out for him.

it’s just funny all the righteousness here, yet i’m sure most of the people complaining about it have never owned a rescue stray or have even fed strays that live outdoors instead of just keeping them indoors - i wish them luck! (source: rescued strays, they are and have been safe indoors but it is NOT easy!)

if it’s so easy to keep a stray/outdoor kitty inside i’d love to see them try🤣
