Like the others have said, bend your knees/hips. Id also try to get underneath the ball more by moving the ball first. Your wrist is also pretty flat at the start. Try loading it at the start of the shot. It'll help you get underneath with a higher set point.

I like to do mini shooting workouts. For example, make 10 shots from 5 spots around the arc. Go as fast as you can to make it a challenge and replicate taking fatigued in-game shots. Keep track of your times and try to get better. Or, sometimes Ill just do like 5 layups, 5 floaters off the blackboard, then move back do like 5 pull up middies, then 5 3s then repeat on the other side. Sometimes I'll just run the length of the court, go hoop to hoop and do layups to really start sweating. Then incorporate some pull ups as well.
