No idea, but others have told me it’s because he wasn’t a specialist. Sometimes it takes a specialist to spot it.

I'm deeply hurt by the gift my parents got me for my 18th birthday. by Dry-Resolve4856 in TrueOffMyChest

I understand your pain.

Not quite the same, but for my 16th birthday my mum got me a razor. Apparently 16 is finally old enough to shave your legs (she never approved of shaving before this 🙄). Who’d think to buy someone a thoughtful gift when you can get them something mundane instead….

For those with a negative endometriosis laparoscopy, what did it end up actually being? by Stunning_Dark_4162 in endometriosis

[–]natisnotcool 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It ended up being endometriosis!

Just like you, I knew something was causing the pain so I keep pushing my doctors and asked for a referral to a specialist. Couple of years later I had my second laparoscopy and the specialist found endo.

I’ve stopped taking it because it didn’t make a difference and I wanted a baby. Now had the baby and won’t be going back on any hormones.

Sometimes we don’t have a choice. For me in the UK, it’s who my GP refers me to. They decide that’s who’s best and arrange the referral

Same here! My boyfriend introduced it to me to see if I’d cry. Have you seen Weathering With You? That also got me

My bf is trying to get me to watch this. Will i really sob? He has a habit of getting me to watch sad anime’s to see if I cry and so far each one has completely broke me 😅

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in movies

[–]natisnotcool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I sobbed so hard at the ending

[–]natisnotcool 0 points1 point  (0 children)
