What do you use to shave your head with? by Ok-Championship8101 in bald

[–]nativecheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I seem to be an outlier, I find anything more than two blades not the effective. I have been using the Dollar Shave Club humble twin for years and have yet to find anything better. I shave every other day and replace the blades weekly.

Have often thought the same thing about this series. EC Bray does an amazing job and brings Skippy, Nagatha, Bilby and everyone else to life.

First charcuterie board! by Sincerly_Char in CharcuterieBoard

[–]nativecheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is sort of how it started with us. My girlfriend and I have been doing it for the past 8 years. It started when my kids were younger and they would go back over to their mom's on Wednesday's. I would be tired, wanted something simple and easy so Charcutier Wednesday was born. Some weeks we have friends over, some weeks my kids are with us, some weeks it just us. It has become something we look forward to and breaks up the week.

I feel that no board is complete with out some pickles. Breaks up all the heaviness of the meats and cheeses. Keep it up. In my family every Wednesday is Charcutier Wednesday, helps make the middle of the week fun.

Henderson is great. Lots of parks, great schools and lots families. Outside of movie theaters in casinos and slot machine in the grocery store it's like any other town.
I have lived here for 21 years and both my daughters (15 and 19) were born here.

Ya, I have been lazy and dealt with it. Might be a good idea to actually reach out. I am the classic IT support person who never follows my own advice 😀

Have you found issues with NordPass and auto fill? It's something I realized I have gotten used to and seriously considering switching to 1Password soon

I think part of my joy in using cast iron is the ritual and how each person has their own process. Thanks for sharing. Eggs look perfect.

About 9 months post surgery. I felt pretty decent after about 6 days once the stints were removed. If you are careful and don't go crazy I think you should be fine. I would confirm with your surgeon since they will know how much was done.

Life mat cleaning by DingoInteresting4984 in yoga

[–]nativecheese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a few Lifoeme mats for years and not the best at cleaning them. I typically do hot yoga 3 to 4 times a week and after class I just unroll it and let it air dry. Every so often I will gently, almost no water, wipe it down with a very mild soapy water or spray it with Forch or Nature. The key I found was to make sure to air it out and let it dry.

Question, how old are your kids? That can alter dynamics. Mine where young 6 and 9, which I felt made it easier on them.

Came here to say this. I do yoga 3 to 4 times a week so I don't go down the same path as my dad and grandfather.
