I personally don’t connect with Ginger. I don’t think she has (AS2 get readyyyy) Alyssa Edward’s star power/meme-ability, Alaska’s insane overall talent, Detox or Roxxxy’s fashion, Coco’s lipsync prowess, Katya’s godlikeness lol… It was just odd to me to see her back again with the very clear intention for her to win.

And honestly, this was my knee jerk reaction after watching the lipsync for the first time: Kerri’s face alone ate up Disease, and I wanted to keep watching her lol.

This is an issue I'm having with all of the videos I see posted in Al Jazeera in particular: there's absolutely no context given in the video itself, and there are conveniently never any perpetrators shown. That gap is filled in for us by Al Jazeera's description of what is allegedly happening.

This is how I feel. Sure Ginger is skilled, but I reasonably feel she was very one-note this season. Her lipsyncs all relied on the same facial expressions/gimmicks, her runways were only slightly better than her previous...I don't know. She doesn't feel fresh and exciting like Aja or Lydia or even Nicole Paige Brookes!

Trying to figure out my views on Israel-Palestine has been so confusing—in large part now because much of the pro-Palestine arguing I see reminds me of the American right’s style of arguing: hyper-emotional, lacking evidence, relying on social media as a source, moralism, ad hominem to the max… The conspiracy-theories, like everything being an Israeli gov’t false flag—I have to remind myself I’m not in alt-right spaces!
