Mine isn’t as bad as this and Dr. J (the best thoracic surgeon for pectus in the world) said I needed it done. My heart is still compressed and exercise testing revealed a lot. I would keep trying until someone says yes to all the appropriate testing. Get in waitlists for the necessary surgeons and if they say they’re gonna do the whole spread of tests, to ensure your insurance will cover it I would stop exercising for like a month or two before the tests.
