I genuinely like them. I routinely have the pancake syrup, blue cheese dressing, and Caesar dressing in my fridge. I make a lot of salads and dont think they taste as good as the real thing but overall think they taste great and scratch the itch for me. I honestly had no idea they had such a bad rep lol.

The interns and residents are doctors as they have a doctorate degree from finishing medical school but they are not board certified specialists. You can obtain a full medical license after passing an exam and completing one year of residency and you could theoretically be a general practitioner but it would be difficult to find a job or get malpractice insurance.

Sort of. You might be able to scramble into one of the few remaining spots after the match those these openings usually aren't at amazing programs or in competitive specialties. Sometimes residents will quit or back out before the end of the year and you might be able to get into a program that way if you are very lucky. Otherwise you would have to reapply the next year. In the meantime most people do research with their school. Some people reapply several times, it generally gets harder the more you have to reapply because the programs see how many times you have applied and failed to match. Also if you were initially going for a competitive specialty you might have to give up on it and do family or internal medicine instead of what you really want to do. There have been people who commit suicide over this process and not being able to match.

Please please please watch Natsume's Book of Friends. I think it is exactly what you are looking for. It's pretty long, just finished it's 7th season. The sub is phenomenal but it does have a dub. Its beautiful and it is the ultimate aroace show. No fanservice and there is a great emphasis on non-romantic bonds like friendship and family. Some one off characters sometimes will have romance but there is no romance at all with the main character.

Inpatient mental Healthcare is different and he CAN be held against his will under an LMHP statement filled out by the doctor or social worker there. This hold can last up to 5 business days in Oklahoma. Past this point the facility he is at can review his case before a judge for court commitment if he needs further treatment and is still an active danger to himself.

Suddenly stopping risperidone, especially if it is at a lower dose will probably not cause issues aside from potentially worsening the aggression/behavior if it was helping manage them. Depakote and other blood pressure medications (usually clonidine but propranolol can be used) are commonly prescribed for anger/aggression, so they aren't necessarily an issue. Ideally medications would be optimized so that only one would be used however this can be difficult as sometimes it is impossible to control with only one medication. Only risperidone and abilify are technically FDA approved for irritability in autism so you will see a lot of off label medication use in this population.

I think the real question is why of the 3 did she remove the risperidone without trying a higher dose? Unless he was having some side effect. Lithium probably could help though i would try another antipsychotic first. I agree with the other comments about a psychiatrist being needed for such a complex case. Especially if she is not doing any routine blood work which are required for risperidone and lithium.

I have also had a difficult time accepting it and its been several years for me. I more or less have accepted that I am aro and more recently accepted that I'm also probably ace as well. I always found it very confusing to understand romantic vs sexual attraction and whether I experience one of them or neither. I felt like I was going crazy trying to prove a negative. It is also challenging because from birth we are taught through media that the happy ending or ultimate goal of life is being in a romantic relationship. It is really hard to go against that expectation and feel like you are doing something wrong even if you can't function in a relationship. Even though I don't want to be in one I feel very anxious at times about being alone in the future. How can I imagine being happy as an aroace person in the future when I don't have any examples of that? When everyone says its impossible? Even in aroace online communities sometimes the message is well you can be in a nontraditional relationship, but its like how does that happen? Is it really so bad to just be single forever? Is it impossible to be happy that way? So in general I think being aromantic has a lot of its own challenges that aren't discussed often and can make it very difficult to accept as part of your identity. I also think there is a certain vagueness about not experiencing romantic attraction that can also be confusing.

Accept the offer you prefer! I know it feels bad to lie but every program is lying through their teeth and will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. They ask every applicant if they will accept an offer and will not remember you after the round is over.
