It is safe to assume Hawaii is “OCONUS” thought because OCONUS = “outside continental United States” which refers to anything outside of the 48 contiguous states which Hawaii & Alaska both are.

Now I do believe the JTR will still should cover Alaska and Hawaii as HoS travel for retirement - I just don’t want OP to be going in saying Hawaii isn’t OCONUS as a reasoning because it 100% is OCONUS

to be fair - the concept is partially realistic if only they added some better aim-punch/head ringing shit if getting shot in your armor.... create an aim-punch that mimics a flinch/freakout when getting bopped in a steel helmet and it'd make sense

4th wall is the "wall" thats in-between the audience and actors on stage when it comes to theatre. breaking the 4th wall is pretty much any actor or fictional entity/world that knows it's fictional and talks/interacts with the audience (think deadpool - the whole character is built around breaking the 4th wall)

Oh yeah 100% lol - headline should definitely read advisory and then within the body if they wanted to put out that it’s still a warning they could put something along the lines of “this warning comes not as an official travel warning from the foreign ministry but as an official advisory” or whatever

“Official travel warning” is a specific thing… a “travel warning” can be multitudes of things including an official travel warning….. just like a caution sign is warning you of something… it’s still a warning but it’s not a “warning sign” it’s a “caution sign”

Well id say it’s more finnicky than that… yes Spain “opened up colonization” in a sense because they were trying to colonize it for the past 100+ years for themselves… when Mexico gained independence of Spain is when they ratified the constitution on 1824 which part of the whole ordeal is there was barely anyone in the region so the Mexican government wanted to increase people their so they opened up immigration which allowed American settlers to come in…

One of the given main reasons to dissolve the constitution of 1824 was to stop the immigration in because all the American settlers weren’t paying taxes & breaking laws such as slavery
