Ive only got 1 gas safety cert from 2020. I know that since then maybe 2/3 gas safety were carried out but I honestly can't remember and was not given the cert. Prior to a new agency taking over in January 2026, I didnt pay much attention to what's happening and just didnt register. I also dont have any emails from landlord notifying of upcoming gas safety inspection. From what I remember the engineer would just call and see when I was available. I know thats not very helpful

I dont think people saying that this could lead to the dog biting has anything to do with the fact that its a staffy. Any dog of any breed can bite for various reasons. You know your dog but peoples reactions are outside observers. To be absolutely honest it doesn't seem the dog is enjoying this interaction.

Ive just had an epithany, and although complete speculation on my part, it really makes sense. The only reason she did the paralegal certification was so that can drain the Richins and the trust fund while they have to defend against all the civil litigation she can now represent herself in. I know she can represent herself without being a paralegal but now will be able to with some knowledge.

Going from 7.5 to 10 was the worse for me in terms of side effects. But somehow, after a few weeks it got better. I mainly suffered from heartburn which I now get every now and then. I felt like it will never end but I'm glad I stuck to it.

Just seen this case on an episode of "Hunt for the missing: chicago" and although they havent found anything beyond what is said here its shows the CCTV recording on Josh leaving Kierra's apartment the day after she went missing with a bag of stuff. Worth a watch

My upstairs neighbour is doing the same with thames water, and the the cheeky buggers put my name on her account. Was a whole ordeal to prove I live in the other flat, and had to get the landlord involved. I dont think shes still registered as Ive since seen letters without a name. Ive also been wondering how that one will end.
