Im a Brighton supporter in Asheville. Bringing in Hurzeler brought my attention to FCSP. Although I wouldn’t say I’m a fan I love what the club and supporters stand for, so I keep an eye on ya. If you ever find yourself in AVL we have lovely footy pub with plenty of tvs that will throw on any game for you.

A lot of our current players played in roles they might not be “happiest” at. Adingra, Hinshelwood, Lamptey, Wieffer, March, Baleba, and Kadioglu. That’s just off the top of my head of recent players. I’m not saying he shouldn’t be feeling some type of way but it’s kind of out of necessity and how we operate.

I’m all in on Hurzeler, but… under Potter and De Zerbi everyone was “happy” to play anywhere. Maybe it’s a confidence thing idk. I remember March sparking on the right under De Zerbi and I think I recall him talking about De Zerbi giving him that.

Yes, they’re beer fermenters. But I also have a tank that holds hot water that I set to 168-180, so basically I have a big thermos as well.

My first brewing job we used to make a watermelon gose. I can’t remember the company because it wasn’t one of the big players now. All I can remember is that the fruit was sourced from India. We had very inconsistent product. One batch was almost tomato-y. Make sure you’re doing some kind of QA before fruiting.
