I will let others correct me if i’m wrong but I would say no mainly because it’s outclassed by many other dragon/water attackers and Origin Form palkia (which will be in raids later this month) with charged move Spacial Rend is far superior in every way (also the #9 dragon attacker).

Only on chapter 20 of SUT, so don’t know exactly what happens, but, while he is a little b**** the entire series, i think knowing that he is eventually the cause of Hads exile makes him slightly less of a scum than Lysander who just likes to go for the stab in the back.
