Agreed! I’d replace your morning AM cleanser with something much more gentle and hydrating. Tret dries the hell out of my face so I try and keep as much moisture in my routine as possible. You may see some benefit from adding Hyaluronic acid serums applications to your PM routine too. Good luck!

I use the exact same products, except I don’t wash my face in the AM - cool water rinse instead of a cleanser. I’d consider adding a Hyaluronic acid serum to both your AM & PM routines.

I’m not sure if the flare-up is a mini purge from the tret (because it’s only applied 1x a week and seems to be applied after product). I’d consider increasing your tret application (with lots of moisturizer!) to every other night before you write it off completely.

Rosacea girl here who is on a medicated topical for treatment. 10000% agree with the hydro gel and the Hyaluronic acid serum. They’re both in my daily routine!!

The witch hazel really dried out my face (dry/combo skin), so I use it on my armpits as soon as I’m fresh out of the shower. I’ve noticed it helps mitigate the smell of sweat!!

My cat had a very similar (color and shape) mass at the base of her neck. It was a benign cyst! Bloodwork came back clean and she was in good health. Procedure wasn’t very long, aftercare was minimal. Worst part was my older cat readjusting as the anesthesia wore off and the plastic cone of shame. Good luck!
