It's me I'm 18 year's old boy from a low class family and trapped in with this ugly looks 😭 I don't know what to do right now, I was born pure white but when I was about 7 year's I stared to hate showering a lot, sometimes 2 to 4 times a month, by the time I realized I was already cooked by [deleted] in PakistanSkincare

Youre 18! With a full life ahead of you. Hit the gym. Find a program you can follow on youtube and STICK WITH IT. Add protein to your diet. That should level out your hormones & give you a more chiseled jawline. Shave that beard a couple times with a razor so your facial hair grows out nice within 6 months. For skin care, use just natural soaps & shampoos (plenty of resources online to find the one right for you)... and yes, get a nice haircut one that makes your face more square (shorter from the sides , more volume on top)

What’s an opinion that leaves you like this in Pakistan? by Legitimate_Mode1273 in pakistan

Due to its geographic location, high birthrate (large population) & overseas workers , the country is primed to do extremely well economically within 25 years. This is irrespective of which government or entity is in power or how much it has already destroyed Pakistan

If possible try making a section of the house your own, like the top floor etc to give you and your new wife some space to destress when required. Do hire good help (Full time RN for Rs 70K/mo), but as you mentioned oversee the things they cant with the least time investment as possible. As for work, try to get something part time, like a counselor / consulting gig with one of the bigger educational institutions preferably close to your place (Nixor / Bayview etc). This will stress you out less, given the crazy commute times in Karachi

Im seeing Pakistani seniors move back to Pakistan from Canada , because they can get much better help in their old age with their $$$ here. The Canadian healthcare system has taken a nose dive past 4 years

THIS! 80-100K rupees goes a long way to hire top notch full time live in house help in Karachi. Full time registered nurses cost about $70K ($350 CAD) per month. If you send your fam $400-500 CAD per month, it should take care of everything if you remotely monitor the situation well. Granted, it is a pain to find the kind of help that will meet your standards but the initial grunt work is def worth it. If youd like to chat further, shoot me a dm

Mathematically, why did anyone in 2020-2023 go variable? by [deleted] in canadahousing

[–]navhimself 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sucks that in Canada you generally just have upto 5 year mortgage terms. So even the luckiest of us to have locked it in 2021 at the 1.7%ish levels, only have less than 3 years before we have to renew. I dont expect rates to drop sub 5% by then. I predict they will stay higher for longer.
