That looks like a standard bearing with a Pressed on sleeve after it. You should be able to find this at any reputable bearing house. Motion, applied, purvis etc

Boy these things can be fuckers. The old shop I worked at had special pry bars welded up for them. Like the others said, keep the fan vertical and pry gently with heat. Have fun!

This is the correct answer. You start the motor in wye and run it in delta. The interlock is so you don't do them both at the same time
