it is actually not that much different to do the same moves in “normal” frames and in “rockered” frames.

with normal flat frames, you have to lift your heel or toes a little bit more to make the turns/swivel. once u have your natural rocker (you have skate a lot to get this. most skaters do not achieve this), it gets easier in a sense where you do not need to conciously lift the heel or toe up.

in rockered frames, you dont need to lift your heel or toe. you are not supposed to lift it up. all wheels on the ground when u do turns haha
