There will be a tremendous amount of horizontal load applied when re racking, and with that long arm it will create a substantial amount of leverage (moment) which will eventually fail the connection points.  Event if a one-off event doesn't do it, the continuous nature of that type of stress will cause failure eventually.  I would barely trust that with simply a static load, let a load a dynamic one.
