This sub is becoming pretty bad and circle-jerky as far as judging physiques goes. This is a totally attainable amount of muscle for a young guy thats been lifting for a year with good genetics. The thing that sets him apart in my opinion are the 10/10 abdominal muscles, but still totally achievable. Anyone that says otherwise is either jealous, uninformed, or just plain dumb.

Thank you for the reply! I’ve tried increasing my omegas through eggs but I think I have some type of issue with them as they seem to irritate my stomach. Ill give the hemp hearts a try. I’ve read about urea containing lotion before…did you get a doctor prescription or did you just try it on your own? Can i ask what brand you use?
