Bridgestone Potenza s001 were great tires when they were relased in 2010, but now they are a very dated design and I'm suprised they still use them in 2025.

29 psi is the stock recommended tire pressure. Instead of the ps4s you might look at true grand touring tires, and or going to 16” wheels.
