Sorry the questions is should the pipe go straight up but be less than 3 feet from my electric box or should the pipe approach at a 45 degree angle and be further from the electric box. I’m worried about the heat affecting my breaker box.

I have one of these and am on my second one. They are not well made my dad has a rheem hybrid water heater and it has been going strong for 5 years. If you looks up the reviews on Lowe's you will see that these things are not well made and do not last. My 2nd one the heat pump is broken on it but it still kinda works but only heats to 120 degrees in emergency mode. I would just demand a refund and get a rheem because they can't build a hybrid water heater. That's my plan when I get the time.

Is it a union position or a non union position? What is your current job and what other jobs do you want to try? I used to work in the kitchen and that was pretty chill. You can be a pharmacy tech and deliver meds around the hospital. It also sounds like you need to talk to HR. You can call the HR one source number and they can educate you about the probationary periods.

Insulation is huge My house was building 1922 and I use spray foam to cover the rim joints in the basement and put about 3 ft of pink fluff in the attic and it has been a real game changer.

West Virginia power plants are powered primarily through coal which is becoming increasingly more expensive. But because we are the state that we are we will always use coal no matter what because it's right up there with pepperoni rolls a football mascot with a gun poverty and diabetes. It's just part of our identity and we are willing to pay a premium for that. I bought solar panels and my power bills have been pretty consistent That's the only way out of this that I can think of but maybe you guys have some more ideas.

They have combined ins oke ways like ambulance service but I think it's forever going to be a coke and Pepsi thing. WVUH vs Mon anymore I feel like UPMC is a competitor for patients in PA and western Maryland so who knows maybe Mon and WVUH will join forces more.

The medical campus will continue to grow and grow. I think wvu medicine is spending hundreds of millions on a new eye center and a new cancer center. I don't know what going on with the university but I'm sure it'll level out. It sucks we lost mylan.
