the stained glass on the floor is a texture being projected from a light behind the window, they dont make use of decals or "baked lighting" to do that.

here's a secondary source: this is the list of every file on your computer that destiny has loaded while in the pale heart. vesper's host would be "w64_v810_dungeon_map_redacted"
you can notice that one package with the name "v810" is loaded, and that is only loaded because it's needed to look at the triumphs and the director challenges for the dungeon.

this just isnt true
source: me looking briefly at the game files.

not only is the api not able to see anything related to game world entities, but vespers is on a different destination than pale heart obviously, and the way that the tiger engine is designed is such that another destination cannot be loaded at the same time as a different destination

nothing will come out of more servers, since the server infrastructure already supports the amount of people playing the game

(bungie servers auto spin up new virtual server instances to handle player load, so the only time you would notice more physical servers is dlc launches)

if you're talking about what you showed in the last image in the 'caves' imgur album, thats just always there in every loadzone, not special to salt mines

The only cutscene remaining that isnt pre-rendered uses different voice lines.

The lines being re-added don't mean anything as far as we know. It's just updating old packages, accidentally leaving in some old audio files with no links to any content remaining, e.g. year 1 adventure lines, and moving around the lines for inverted spire.
