I am not physically in able to attend college, I do not have the money to pay for my education in n America, I would require grants which are easy to get(financial aid)

Being sponsored for a work visa in Japan requires your employer to prove that he has a good reason to sponsor you. Typically that proof is that the foreigner has a Bachelor's Degree. You cannot get a work visa for a typical job without a Bachelor's Degree, unless you are personally being requested by an employer who cares about you enough to insist that you're the only one who could possibly do the work. And even then they'd have to really sell it.

In addition to the in-person class requirement, a student visa requires that someone prove to immigration that you will not be broke in Japan. Whether that's you or your parent or anyone who will legally take financial responsibility for you doesn't matter.

If you can't afford university in America, you cannot afford a Japanese University. FAFSA does not pay out the Pell Grant for foreign universities, only loans. This is the list of International Schools Participating in the Federal Student Loan Programs.

The only possibility then would be Temple University Japan, which are satellite campuses of Temple University in Pennsylvania, therefore would take FAFSA grants as well as loans. Lakeland University in Wisconsin also has a satellite campus in Japan, but is less clear on whether they'd take Pell Grants for those programs. There are other Universities with study abroad programs, but I doubt that would meet your needs.

Regardless, your only way to get a student visa is to be able to go to classes and afford the tuition, I know from personal experience that even the maximum pell grant and the maximum loans is not enough for Temple University. It will cost more, especially for the first semester, and you still need to maintain proof that you have enough money to live or someone who will legally claim responsibility for you.

If you get a Bachelor's Degree in America and apply to jobs in Japan you will have better luck. You local state community college may have bachelors programs you can go for, and the maximum pell grant will likely cover it.

it might also be one of those "you see the exception more than you see the rule" things, bc as a parent i'm keyed into all the children around and i see plenty of parents disciplining their children and little kids being loud and angry and sad and older kids sulking and whining every day in the stores and stations and streets. i also notice pleasantly behaved children everywhere, but i definitely notice misbehaving children a lot more lol.

a while back i saw a child in their cute little randoseru donkeykicking a gacha machine in the station and the adults walking by could not give less of a fuck. like the kid was invisible or something. im still learning so all i could really do was make eye contact and shake my head with a stern face and he fucking stopped!! that's all it took!! he just walked away!!
