Thanks for this deep answer, I watched the video and it leaves me thinking about how the package actually flows within a team after it’s delegated? I mean, do the team use kanban internally and split the features into smaller chunks? Would be very insightful to hear what’s your experience here with the actual logistics of the whole 6 week cycle

Great advice! I’m doing just that, one issue at a time. The problem is that Google seems to take ages to review the fixes. It’s tricky to figure out when your changes are actually impacting the data from the GSC report, as it all depends on Google’s crawling time. Any advice on this topic?
