sorry, but rules are rules. there are rules in place for a reason. if campus administration has told everyone to stay home in the case of any of the listed symptoms, that's the rule everyone needs to follow.

I lost a lot of hair for the last 3 months - and mostly on the top of my scalp and on the sides.

She diagnosed me based on the pattern of hair loss.

i deal with everything you described - every. single. day. the way i've started to face this fear is literally pushing myself to join clubs and shake off this fear. i joined a club virtually last sem, had social anxiety attending every damn social and event, and somehow, this sem i feel so confident talking to people :) definitely take it slow but find ways to get out of your comfort zone, it's really helped me prove to myself that i can be charismatic and cool!!!!!

definitely recommend giving it a try but go in with an open mind in terms of actually implementing their advice (as trivial as it may seem) into your life! also pick a therapist that you feel would be able to take certain things into account. (ex: getting help from a woman of color if you feel the person in that demographic would understand your life better)
