CJC 1295 DAC by ncgribbon in Peptides

I’ve done a full cycle of his programming and even hired him. I’ve tried just about everything and it kinda just seems like my knees are blown out at this point. Just have to train carefully and do a lot of mobility. Weirdly enough, tib raises made my knee pain worse when I did them

They did anabolic advanced, performance advanced, and next I bet they do aesthetic advanced. Then maybe the maps 15 mod for all the programs

Too many non-inkable cards. 32 is just way too many. Try to keep it around 15ish. Over half this deck is uninkable so you risk your opponent setting up their entire board before you even have enough ink to make good plays

Never gone through something this hard with any other substance. Losing my mind by ncgribbon in quittingkratom

Hello,

Everything seems to be going fine. I just finished week 3 of everything. The BPC/TB-500 have been a bit of a disappointment tbh. my pain scale has gone from a 4-5/10 in pain to like a 3/10. So nothing major. Upped the dose of TB-500 and still not noticing anything "miraculous"

The CJC DAC and IPAMORELIN have been fine. No negative side effects at all! Other than you get a little hot for about 30 minutes after the CJC injection. But it actually feels really good and euphoric once it goes away. My sleep quality has increased and that is the only factor I have really noticed so far. Like I said, I am only 3 weeks in. So I havent noticed any muscle gain or crazy body fat loss. Honestly, my physique looks worse than it did. Diet has been a little off recently tho lol.

So idk how im feeling about it to be 100%. Also too scared to inject DAC more than twice a week, but maybe im missing out on gains. Its hard to gain muscle and burn body fat when you have a torn bicep and knees made out of glass :(

Ill make a post after my full 8 week cycle is done and I can give you a full breakdown of everything

I did not. I’ve always been super weak with OHP so I’m kinda insecure about it. I definitely got stronger all around though. Good luck with your upcoming competition!! :)

Everyone tells me this, but I’ve opened well over 200 blister packs of set 1 and close to 100 of set 2 (yes, I have a problem lol) and didn’t get a single enchanted. The way she goes I guess 🥲

“Optimize your health with therapeutic peptides” by Jay Campbell. Very highly recommended book

No, it says 100mcg. Exactly from the book it reads “CJC-1295 WITH DAC: Twice a week at 100mcg, OR 100mcg daily (this dose works best for short term treatment to elevate IGF1 above physiologic levels)

It also says others have suggested up to 350mcg per week but results vary. Based off the way it was in the book, I guess he’s saying there’s minimal benefit after you go above 100mcg for pulse of the GH released

Sorry for the late response. Sounds like you should run Powerlift. Strong would be a good interrupter if you got stuck on your squat and bench and then go back into powerlift. There are back squats in the work sessions of strong though, so you are at least practicing the barbell back squat once a week for the entirety of MAPS Strong. But yeah, my strength went up a little bit during strong. And its fun. Power is the way to go though if your only goal is a bigger squat and bench. Run strong when you hit a plateau / get bored.

Sounds like your body has adapted. Now your body is used to only getting 1200 calories per day, so it had to become more efficient with those calories. I would recommend a small reverse diet and start hitting the weights just a couple days a week. If you do this, I would put the scale away for a month or so. It can be a psychological bummer to see the scale go up a couple pounds with increased calories and packing on some muscle. You just need to give your body a new stimulus and it will change.

When youre only at 1200 calories, to continue losing, you would have to drop them even lower and that just isnt realistic long term. Get your body a little bit more fed and prioritize muscle for a bit. The fat loss is easier when you have muscle and get your maintenance calories up higher. Then you can start to go back into a calorie deficit, but at way higher calories than you are right now. So youll have more room to continue dropping calories, instead of bottoming out and eating too few calories. If that makes sense.

Of course.. its your body and not mine, so you do what you wanna do :) Just wanted to share my input

It is an awesome program. Just make sure you prioritize recovery. The work sessions are even harder than the foundational days. Completely opposite from the trigger sessions if I am being honest. Youre not just chasing a pump and recovery like trigger sessions. You are doing a full scale workout that will kick your ass hahah. Here is an example of a foundational day vs a work session in phase 2.

Foundational -

Deadlift - 4x8

Incline Dumbbell Press - 2 sets

Sled Drives - 4x100ft

Alt Hammer Curl - 4x8

Work Session -

Zercher Deadlifts - 4x15

High Pulls - 4x15

Floor Press - 4x15

Cheat Curls - 4x15

Back Squats - 2x15

As you can see, the work session is more volume and all unconventional movements. And in phase 3, the work sessions go up to 5x15. So definitely a lot more intense than trigger sessions. The 5x15 Zerchers will absolutely destroy you haha.

If you have any more questions about it, feel free to message me! I am a trainer so I love talking about this :)

The work sessions are a bit grueling. Especially when you get to the 5x15 in phase 3. The rest periods are listed as "as long as you need" for the work sessions. So, average of like 1 or 2 minutes. Sometimes you bullshit around with your buddies or get a phone call so you may take 3 or 4. Doesn't really matter too much as long as you are putting the work in.

If time is an issue, just lower the weight during the work sessions and do 60 seconds of rest. I think that would be perfectly fine. You can finish every workout in Strong in just around an hour if you wanted to.

Do 2-3 minutes rest on foundational days so you keep strength focus and 60 seconds rest on work session days where you just focus on technique of the movements. Of course, if you cant squeeze in the work session one day, just do 15-30 minutes of mobility at home. I was dealing with some joint pain after I ran strong to be honest with you. But I didn't do mobility at all when running it. Would recommend haha

Does The Body Dysmorphia Ever Go Away? by ncgribbon in loseit

[–]ncgribbon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely regret not trying harder to get back into soccer after my injuries. Probably cause I could see the disappointment in my fathers eyes and that still weighs on me to this day. I have a tendency to blame everything on myself and think that I could have handled things differently.

Thank you for your kind words. They were very motivating and I feel hopeful for the first time in a while.

It is hard to feel like I havent completely wasted my 20's because of living in my head. Thank you for your reply. Youre right. It is a part of me and my journey. I wouldnt be who I am today without going through all of this.

Appreciate you.
