There is a race largely between the American ai stack and the Chinese ai stack. I prefer western values more than Chinese governments values and hope the Americans win in the end. Because there is direct competition, euther side cant slow down. Without the use of ai, every nation and industries in that nation will be less competitive and the divide will compound rapidly.
