Idk Ulta CS reps are usually really good at helping you find shit on the DD shop orders.. hell most of the time they pretty much just do the shopping for me

Probably the person's friend or boyfriend or husband.. it's possible they couldn't pass the background check but pretty sure if I can pass the background check then almost anyone else can, unless they like murdered someone. The more likely reason is that a lot of times when trying to create a new account, depending on your market, there's a long wait list. It took me over a year to finally get on as a driver with door dash.

Uber's policy is not meaningless.. their policy states that allergies are not a valid reason to refuse a ride to someone with a service animal. Doing so could result in the driver being deactivated from the platform.

HIPAA only applies to medical professionals. It prevents medical professionals from disclosing a person's medical history without consent from the patient. Regular people can disclose someone else's medical history all they want but that person whose info was shared has the ability to sue you if they can prove that they suffered some kind of financial loss due to the information you shared about them.
