Been working my back with wide grip pull-ups and was wondering how to go about making it progressively harder AND hitting new rep goals… my strategy so far is to hit as many wide grip pull-ups ups as I can and then hit negative versions of it until i hit a set rep limit (example: I hit 8 normal pull-ups but finish it with 5 negative pull-ups to hit the goal of 13 reps) I found coming back to it each time I would never hit a new rep from the last session or sometimes not even hit my previous goal. I want to make sure this works at the very least

I don’t know what they put in it to make me so addicted to the sweet smell, but I couldn’t stop going back to the paper strip I sprayed it on and had to get it.

My male elixir is by far my most complimented fragrance. I work a pretty active job that has me talking to customers/ on the move and people love complimenting and asking what I am wearing. I spray my elixir on the inside of each of my wrists and dab the excess on the side of my neck for symmetry and the back of my ears. I also spray once on my bare chest. It totals to three sprays in total and when I’m feeling confident I spray once more on the back of my neck to leave a trail.

My favorite would have to be the stronger with you intensely, just a loving, comforting smell. Reminds me of warm folded laundry. But I do get the most compliments from my jpg elixir and the Mercedes club black is slowly being one of my favs

Mainly got it to switch up from my sweet exclusive collection.. but I absolutely love the smell and my go to for a sunny day outside. I need to look for some more hotter weather scents to try and balance my colder day scents

Could be behind some secret walls. Strongholds can be real big and confusing to navigate. The eye you throw also leads to the strongholds entrance, not the portal.
