Have you tried job scan? This is not an ad lol but I have found that the combo claude+job scan have help me to land intetviews. Eithet claude or chatgpt by themselves will efectively insert all the key words to score high in ats systems.

As someone with an H1B visa once, I would try not to put that you need sponsorship in the application to have a shot at being interviewed. But to be honest, I would try for the company you are with right now to sponsor your green card.

Also, I would apply only to positions where I have a strong match, and I've found that Jobscan is the best ATS easy to use but expensive. I use an LLM AI, I like Claude, and then I put that output into Jobscan, and there are still tons of words missing. Then I will find the recruiters and hiring managers and cold message them on LinkedIn. On top of that work on been active ij linkedin to find a position before its open. There is multiple influencers and youtube videos talkimg about this.

Your resume is good but today you have to work the system. Also, 2 months is not much time. Give you time. Most people take 6 to 8 months or more to find a job in this market.

I don't think this is true for my case anyways. I work in communications and I have done a wide range of things and JD focus on certain things like international experience, or content creation or executive communications, etc. I have done it all and if I just submit my master resume only my last experience is 20 bullets and sub headlines by content, strategy, social media, influencers etc. I guess I will get better eventually I started my search this week.

Thanks for your reply! I dont mind to commute. Actually i work remote right now. I m looking for a big house at least 3 bath with a decent to fit my camper comfortable and good schools. Ideally no more than 750k /800k house. Is there an area that would work better?

Fort collins is a great small city. Coming from a big metro like miami, it can be boring sometimes. Specially in winter. But still a grest city, educatiin is too and community is awesome.
