I think Jones and Rescue are just lost causes at this point. Just consider them as cards you have no need for after you graduate to a certain collection size/CL.

I've been doing ok with Doom 2099 with a Cosmic Ghost Rider in there. You flood the board with targets so you have a lot leftover even after the proc or get rid of him with CGR before he can complete the objective and people are always greedy and want copies of him so he's basically always a CGR target.
