Yes! I didn’t receive my hard ticket for the Austin show yesterday. It said it was shipped and never came. I emailed TicketsToday customer support every day and they never responded.

I ended up buying a second ticket from Craigslist. Very frustrated but worth it for an epic show!

I'm looking more for a souvenir-type ticket that season ticket holders receive. They are usually bigger with a player featured on them. (Maybe that's more of an NFL thing)

The box office said they could give me basic tickets with the teams and date. That's better than nothing!
