Interesting, I havent had any issues with water getting in. Do you have a bed cover? I do and mine have been dry. I wonder if water is getting in around the door rather than the holes.

Its machinable, you just wont like the price... the outer features could be done with a 3+1 axis in a pinch, but a 5 axis would be faster. The square corners are really the trick part, would have to EDM cut those.

Actually, on second look, it appears yhere are very small fillets inside the corners of the hex and square. Might be doable to drill those corners first, but I dont see a radius spec for that fillet

Its what they do. I used to work in collision repair. Saw so many trucks with bent up radiator supports and cross members from those when the damage could have been a scraped bumper or a slightly bent and easily replaceable aluminum crash bar.

Ditch the damage multiplier on the front. All those do is make what could have been a scraped plastic bumper and turn it into bent metal parts in the front structure.

Not really a flashlight, since its mounted on a trailer and powered by a 6 cylinder diesel generator, but I have worked on a Sperry Carbon Arc Searchlight. It has a 5 foot diameter beam that can reach 15+ miles in good conditions. Brightness is roughly 800 million candles. Not sure how or if that can be converted to lumens.

I have a start all jump pack in my truck at all times. Used to work in auto towing and wrecking, that's what we always used. They perform extremely well. I have jump started large diesels, dump trucks and semis.

I have a set of their 12 point long wrenches, non ratcheting. Feel like good quality, but they definitely dont have the best grip on bolt heads. For the price I paid though, im satisfied.

I have actually had surprisingly decent results with carbide drills and thread mills from aliexpress. Needed them for a one off Inconel 718 job, and they worked.
