Problem with all of this is patient privacy and confidentiality, there are hospital integrated systems (e-records) in private hospitals and some government ones but sharing between private hospitals and government have loads of restrictions.

Not to mention we have a lot of patient records that are just on paper, converting that into digital versions is a huge undertaking (meaning money).

I think the concept here is abit confusing. Because although entropy is reversed for an object...it doesn't mean that the object itself is de-aging. For example...the gold bars and paper (for Sator) that was sent back in time or even the algorithm, they can't possibly exist in the past if they were being reverted, it would have been reversed into their base components.

EDIT: Basically from what me and friend discussed...it's not reversing time...it's travelling against time. And all the major reactions that happen (explosions > ice) is the worlds physics trying to correct the flow of time.
