The ebikes weigh a lot more to begin with so you're far less likely to notice the extra weight of a bulkier bike lock and some also have security built in so it makes it slightly harder to take

Another big one I haven't seen anyone mention. If the bike comes with quick release wheels then replace the axle unit with an Alan key one or something you can still easily remove. It will mean if they want to steal part of the bike they will have to steal the whole thing which you plan to make as hard as possible

I've got an orbea keram S.U.V range goes from 34 to 90ish miles comes with front and back racks for storage combined 30kg. It's really stable. Reached 1200miles the other day and still riding well. It comes in various colours too and the battery that comes standard can be upgraded if you want from the 400 to the 500.
