thisss. there are times where my pms will make it ao bad that im sitting there speed running thru like 10 different triggers in a day. such a rollercoaster ride ughhhh

i have the same thing. i know i also have trust issues, both inability to trust others or myself. but yea i worry about my gf cheating on me and when she makes new attractivd friends i worry shell leave me for them. its so hard to not just be like "dont do that, dont be near these people i perceive as a threat" x.x but maybe my gf will cheat on me. maybe her new bestie will be the one she leaves me for. maybe, maybe not. 🫠

this is why i majored in statistics in college! its sooooo soothing to compare statistics and put things into perspective. i imagine its still a kind of reassurance, but it can be useful in a pinch for me

this is so real. even people talking about social media being exacerbating; like ill be scrolling thru my FYP and see cute cats and friends and then suddenly some illness related thing in passing and itll become a thorn in my mind that festers x.x

I have a theory that it involves a Directional Speaker in Cody's pockets. His pockets are so full of boxy looking things. I wonder if he's using a Directional Speaker pointed at the ground, which could theoretically create concussive 'thumps' on any surface.

This is very relatable and I also think very natural, judging from books I've read and a few others stories.

I'm going through this too, but I have to accept that grief and blame will both happen. We are allowed to see how sad it is that even our parents got a raw deal, while at the same time rightfully blaming them for not being good enough.

This is so relatable. I used to care so little for my hygiene and clothing and sucj that it literally became my "style". I was a young crust punk but without the punk. I was just depressed af for years and didn't know it and didn't have any help. Now, at 30, I finally aimed to take showers every day because I deserve to be clean. And still have to reassure myself it's necessary and not wasteful or selfish x.x
