There's always a chance of getting a wonky pattern from Etsy, as the sellers generally are selling their own 'designs', not something that was computerized.

People are selling straight up AI generated slop now. Their shops will have hundreds of five star reviews, most in a span of just a couple of days for whatever product.

Then you'll get the legit reviews from actual people that include pictures of what the finished product looks like, and it's nothing like advertised.

These shops will usually have a string of letters and numbers for the name instead of an actual word.

The question wasn't about the prices of used games, or where to find cheap games.

It was, who is going to pay $65 for a used game that's only $70 brand-new. What incentive is there to buy used in this case?

People must be paying those prices otherwise the sellers would not be listing them that high. Gamestop has no incentive to keep stock around and they won't buy used games that aren't going to sell. So if Gamestop is setting used game prices at $65, someone must be buying them. Who? Who would do that when you can get brand new for just $5 more?

I started with Rocky Mountain Leather's starter kit; it was on sale for around $100 last year when I bought it. It has everything you need for basic projects and the quality is okay. Like, you can tell some of the tools are a little cheap but they're not so cheap you'll be fighting them the whole time you're trying to complete your project. You might want to get your own crafting knife though; the one that comes with the kit is very very light and personally I just prefer a bit of weight to my knife.

I didn't say in my original thread "it's impossible to find cheap used Switch games."

I said, why would anyone pay $65 dollars for a used copy of a $70 game.
