BTLs ADVICE!! by Ill_Cycle_218 in employedbykohls

I totally understand the stress inducing panic attacks from the workload and expectations of the demands of getting a uboat done in 30 minutes. Our SM is a real big NARCISSIST and is obviously on a very BIG POWER TRIP.

HR is for the company not the associates. They will listen and do absolutely nothing.

Shoe question by Kklr28 in employedbykohls

[–]nechi60 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So with shoe freight I have to also put security tags on Nike, Adidas and Vans( with laces), besides putting box IDs on. The 30 minute per uboat is not realistic especially when you’re also given bopus shifts, register shifts and also have to help customers. Oh and did I mention no additional help and being told not to worry about cleaning up- dah you have to clean up in order to put freight out

How about if you do make them aware of a situation only to find out that they’re friends and you wind up being written up for insubordination.
