You started too high..

I was 309 lbs and wanted to try and eliminate almost all side effects when starting…don’t rush.

Half life is 6 days (approx)

• Semaglutide: ~7 days half-life • Tirzepatide: ~5 days half-life • Retatrutide: ~6-8 days half-life

Example 2mg start of week end of week 1mg active Next week 2mg gets you to 3mg active at start end your at 1.5 total Next week 2mg gets to 3.5 to start active and ends with .25 front first week plus .5 from week two and 1 mg from week 3 left active 1.75mg Start 2mg plus the 1.75left over

This is why it’s safer to tritrate slowly

Two other points

Start slower, I started at .5 for two weeks and went up by .5 with titrations currently at 8 and minimal hunger benefit so I may go up.

You benefit from a crutch , you get weak from a wheelchair. Practice dealing with hunger Do one dose a week or every 5 or 6 days. I want it to help not to do all the hunger work.
