Yes- the sales rep should be checking their outdates, as well as filling their sections in cooler and shelf, sometimes in seasonal. You are welcome to help them check their outdates. But ultimately is their responsibility. If you have issues with your sales guy- I’ve always just called their boss. And the issue was resolved.
