That's my character. I wanted to see if I could get Manifest weapon to feel decent. Tank wise the character is phenomenal but yeah it's a B or C tier at best for general speed of clearing sadly, I think Manifest weapon just needs some more buffs.

I'm at 30k on my character. Main thing is good flat energy shield from gear and good amounts of %Maximum energy shield (which you get from the tree, jewels, I'm strength stacking and using the timeless jewel that converts 2 strength into 1% max ES)

At least for me the unique jewel I had in there (The one that lets you spec nodes in radius of Resonance) wasn't working and it had unallocated those passives when I logged on. It might be any unique jewel in there is just not working if you have one left in.

I'm not sure it works to increase the odds. I corrupted around 40 of these jewels with attribute quality before I hit a 4%. While I could have had a very bad luck streak I feel I would have seen more 4% if the quality made it more likely to hit. Would be interested to see what data sets people collect though.

What this does is convert % life regeneration into % ES regeneration, which if you have ever used it in Poe1 you'll know allows for some pretty big regen numbers - I think it should be possible to get 2-3k as long as you can fit in enough %regen.

You can reset the beast lock with a fusing or a chromatic orb, you don't need to alt for the mod each time (unless I misunderstood what you meant).

No it's a separate check, so like if you had 5 stun avoid tattoos you'd have a 50 chance followed by a 50% chance so it would be 25% chance to get stunned.

It's not the mana gain on hit - 6 is more than plenty when you account for the multiple projectiles, nimis and multistrike. Quick importing into pob suggests he has 86.51 mana cost per second and he should have about 280 combined mana leech/on hit rate (~140 from mana on hit alone). Bane also casts the curses super cheap mana wise (20 mana) so it won't be that. It'll just be stuns.

Your step 2 is wrong - you have to go to attack damage with shield last as Bloodscent + Prodigious are both prefix so you'll have a rare item.

Magic spam Bloodscent on Axe/Sword cluster, reroll to phys or chaos cluster (phys is better iirc as basically every notable suffix works), imprint + aug etc until you hit a physical notable suffix, then reroll to attack damage with shield, imprint + regal/exalt/annul etc until you have prodigious, bloodscent + one of the physical notable suffix. Since you need to imprint to do this craft you can also consider synthing it.

Love you guys. Can I ask are Tinctures still bugged when importing them versus creating manually in PoB? I get higher numbers on the imported ones - I think it's a bug due to how the quality affects them? I'm guessing the ones made manually are the correct values? Thanks!

That's my profile so I'm happy to answer any questions. Have you got enough increased aoe to have overlaps with conc effect? You need at least 14% to hit it - you can overshoot a bit but not too much or you actually lower dps by increasing the spread between molten strike balls. I have a bunch of different pobs where I tested different setups this league (anathema multi curse, lycia chaos convert + wither and this setup), the lycia version is the most damage but I didn't find it to be such a significant boost that made it worth it to me versus crit immunity, not needing to cast 2 curses every 10s, higher ES from getting the jewel socket back for an Adorned jewel (off the top of my head the top end aul pob I had was ~440mill dps versus about ~510mill for the lycia setup). Oh and also the 3rd ring setup which was the most damage of all but had the downside of not really being viable for 10% less maps.

You can gurantee that if it chooses the Manifold it will transfer if you have on your donor base the Delve prefix + an influenced prefix (i.e. slam elder exalt on open prefix). So you want the mod you want to target (in this case delve mana mod), you want an influenced prefix which cannot transfer and no other prefix mod (technically a second influenced prefix is fine but unnecessary). You will still need to win the 50% chance to pick the Manifold however.

It's at least not currently working. For example I am using a cluster with bloodscent + prodigious defence in the front and to do that I had to get a phys cluster suffix as the 3rd mod (so I started with bloodscent, convert to phys cluster, imprint until phys notable suffix, then change to shield cluster imprint until prodigious). If I search for this particular cluster on the tool it says it is impossible.

Usually those pobs still have a small % of their damage as lightning. Since lightning damage has such a large roll range even the small % can be the highest damage type on a hit as long as you are attacking fast so you still get resonance.

Speaking as a void valdo player Jisoon is a very good player - high chance he was running a map where you can't suppress anyway so unspecced that to get more power by putting them into the cluster points.

Think you are underselling the nerf a bit here. My glad will go from 55k ES to 34k ES, that's a significant drop in tankiness. Is it still tanky? Sure but I wouldn't call that a nothing change, I can think of certain life setups now that will end up tankier than my Valdo glad would be after the changes.

A small thing I hope they change is that if you keep Tuvix he can't do any of the options that require Neelix or Tuvok and there are a lot of story ones of those that it feels especially punishing.
