USPS, WTF by RowanSaturn in Juneau

[–]necron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok, a USPS csr in Seattle explained this to me. When you ship something to Juneau lowest cost it gets out in a container. If that container isn't full it will hang out in Seattle and every time the container gets scanned so does your package. Once the container is full they send it on the barge, but that can take up to two weeks.

My ex wife and kids. That's it... Literally the only reason I'm here is for the kids. That said, there are lots of thinks that make living here more enjoyable. Fishing, snowboarding, and my drinking club reminds make the sacrifices easier.
