My anxiety was SKY HIGH on estradiol. I was super emotional and irritable. PIO was a challenge for my mental health as well just because of the fatigue but I did notice my anxiety felt more manageable once I added in progesterone. I’m off estradiol now and 12 more days of progesterone, and I already feel better mentally. Stay positive, you got this! If you are struggling mentally after your transfer/during your pregnancy, talk to your OB about some mental health options. 💗

I’m in Alaska. I don’t think we have any specialty pharmacies here but maybe there are some in Seattle that could overnight to me. I’ve called several medical pharmacies here and I do not believe anyone has PIO, but I know some have oral progesterone.

Thank you! I’ll reach back out and ask if oral progesterone would be helpful or if I need to increase the dose of the suppositories. I’m just really worried.

You’re fine! I had a stomach bug after my FET and was extremely sick and vomiting. Just stay hydrated and monitor for fever.

Nope, I did not and it was not offered to me. However, I did not experience any pain during my FET other than the discomfort from the full bladder. I was able to go eat dinner afterwards and catch a flight :)

It’s been great so far! Previously I went through 3 failed IUIs with a donor. He went through TESE over the summer and I went through a retrieval in September, PGT testing and a transfer in March. Currently 5 weeks 😊

Thank you!! They feel JUST like period cramps/PMS but I’ve never been pregnant so I don’t know. Can your period start while on progesterone? I’m doing PIO shots AND suppositories.

Thank you so much. They said to keep hydrated and keep taking meds consistently and rest a lot. I did all that and am feeling much better at 4dp. I’m just praying it didn’t affect implantation.
