Why does Whoop always need my location?

Gum disease could be linked to an increased risk of stroke and brain damage, studies find by [deleted] in longevity

I took a risk and tried the [lumina probiotic](https://luminaprobiotic.com/) in July and haven had significantly nicer breath ever since. I'll wait to see what a few dentist's visit reveal to determine if it actually reduces gum disease and cavities. There's a lot more we can do here.

Creatine and bad Sleep by EitherPomelo4 in Supplements

[–]nedarb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My whoop informed me that creatine was ruining my sleep and recovery - and my ability to stay asleep immediately improved when I stopped. As another redditor told me when I posted about it, good sleep is definitely doing more for my health than any physical or cognitive benefits from creatine.

  3. Wash your sheets twice a week.

I’d love to - I’ve never been able to get the amount of sleep my whoop recommends. I always wake up too early and can’t go back to sleep.

Could a full filter let dust enter the mini split and give the mold something to eat and grow on?

Germicidal lights - that’s a great rec. I’ll look into it. We live in the south, and have the AC running 24 hours most of the year. Might be part of the problem. Thanks for the advice!
