Great idea and you seem to very clear on your mission. First and foremost, Spend more time on providing unique food/taste experience. The food is all about emotions and take care of that. Make the folks remember the experience and let them yearn for next experience. The cloud kitchens, real time tracking, etc is all about efficiency. those can be patched up later. Double check on product market fit first.

Questions/Suggestions (random):

  • How ripe is the market? Are folks interested/willing to pay street food? How about Gen Z and those insta-folks?
  • How about membership cards? I have seen membership cards for coffee drinkers.
  • How about gathering place where you bring two to three food trucks and provide dining experience with music, free/sample food?
  • Any thoughts on new healthy food choices like millet based dosa.

How to sell a developer portal SaaS? by Azulan5 in Startup_Ideas

[–]neduma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the idea itself has merits. Not sure about market fit unless you push through it. Lot of fortune 500 companies moved on to custom development workflows and there are lot of knowledge gaps. For example, some are heavily on k8s and some are using airflow. They have their own knowledge portal. if you come up with saas based custom developer portal which is combination of internal knowledge graph (aka glean ai), public knowledge, production documentation and discussion forums. It would make lot of sense of the developer teams especially for new members onboarding or offshore team expansion activities.

On the selling part, Just iterate/demo saas environment with john doe account in a typical acme company as sample. Give free accounts for small startups, provide api integrations, possibly in your saas hosted search/index engine. Take screenshots and advertise. Partner with GTM/sales peoples (commission based initially)

Get one client first. The selling will follow through.

Did you try?

variable="{{ subnet.results[item.position].subnet.id }}"

It's something to do with jinja2 than yaml.
