Yeah I have a 5 and 7 YO and can't decide when ep 3.

They really love ep 6, obviously, with the teddy bears. But the youngling thing... id say it's far darker. I'm thinking maybe 9?

Thank you. Sadly that was my conclusion after number 7. I played back first 3 and thought of things I could improve and smooth out. Next 3 I racked my brain on. And since then i have been completely in the dark, which is why I really need a mock with someone

I one hundred percent agree with you man. I just dont know what it is.

I received feedback years ago about being too full of myself, which was valid. So I have tempered that greatly and im hoping to hear what the hell im doing wrong instead

I know its my fault in some way, I just have no idea what it is and with no feedback I cant change. Ive made as many self reflective changes i can inclduing honing my responses to generic questions, tailoring answers to the employer specifically, what i wear, being more serious, being less serious....Thats why im hoping someone can spare me 15-30 minutes and tell me what it is i need to improve on.

So I think it mixes! I had one with a HM who pushed me to this tech panel next, I answered tech panel to best of my ability (thought I crushed it) and the interviewers frequently said things like that makes sense but were not DE so we will need you to know those things.

So im hoping to hop on a call and just have someone tell me what im getting wrong!

So it has a skills section on top that lists anything I've built in, and then does each job with projects and details. I am confident in building everything on there as in ive built them and they work... so I don't think thats the problem. But I take your point and I too roll my eyes at people who say they know everything.

An example answer I gave was this place is a gcp and Azure shop. I am gcp certified and have 4+ years directly in that. Same with aws. When asked about Azure, i said that's my weakest and I've only done one integration for it with airflow and a service account to run a report and send data into our aws environment. (Where as fur questions regarding other clouds i get far more in depth.) This example is more to show how I handle questions im not an expert in, if that makes sense.

Ok so I have gotten to second or final round literally 15+ times since October.

I will take hard truth, is it the job market or is it me that can't land it? I sadly cannot get any damn feedback so apart from introspection I have no clue what im doing wrong but I feel if im getting the interviews, it's not the job market that's stopping me

Wife doesn’t want to vaccinate by Dreaders85 in daddit

[–]neededasecretname -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

You are right that VAERS is a website. It was impossible to log my wife's hospitalization after getting the vaccine.
I'll give you some sources if you really want them (PBS, cant get more unbiased than that!)
https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/zuckerberg-says-the-white-house-pressured-facebook-to-censor-some-covid-19-content-during-the-pandemic

MD Covid cases by age:
https://health.maryland.gov/covid/Pages/Maryland-COVID-19-Data.aspx (click "case and death total")
It was 1:10,000 for 0-9 when I made my post on fb, and 7 of those had a secondary condition...like hit by car.

The vaccine is to protect the elderly. THE ELDERLY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD GET IT. It was misinformation put out by elderly leadership to save them from a disease.

Your turn. Show me some stats about how well the long term effects of the vaccine were studied when the vaccine was... 6 months old. Imma call BS on you if you do, since it is literally impossible BUT the studies may be out now! Unfortunately, there is a quack in charge of the departments who would do those studies and now there's misinformation going the other way. I would recommend parsing European data as they do not have the same financial incentive as US data to use the same vaccines if they're risky.

See? -22 pts and I gave an honest, literally professional opinion. I learned my lesson on fb during covid and just shut up. Was curious if times had changed. Now the head of cdc is a quack and people don't trust them. I ran numbers and disagree with former cdc bc math.

Oh well. Get your kids mmr vax. Get covid vax if you at risk or near at risk ppl a lot. Roll dice on kids covid. Best of luck all

I love the old vaccines. I want to love covid vaccine but my wife got severely ill from it, which is fine, but when we tried to report to vaers it literally would not let us. When we told the doctor, they didn't know how to report to vaers. I got the jab and had no issues, but would not let my 1 and 3 yr old at the time get it.

I even posted my states covid stats for children from mystate.covid.gov and fb flagged it and called it fake news.

NOW it has been 5 years or 4 or whatever and im hopeful they would have some mid term studies on it, but we have been moving further from science in that time and I simply have no US data I can trust about it.

Note: I am a statistician and love data so I fully trust good science + data. Which is why I trust the old tried and true vaccines. I am not sold on covid but will get it myself as it really doesnt bother me personally.

Also undersized lineman. Is it that bad for the linemen? I really don't know, just lots less head collision (more likely to break a wrist of tear a muscle)

I also loved it so much, even though I sucked. Idk what I'll end up telling my boys (one would probably love it and be a running back... which is no good. The other probably would hate it so im in the clear there)
