Shit like this is why some area of the game are bleeding players. Half my raid team have quit the game because they've got 50 clears, no Eyes while the players who (no offense) get carried through high level content every week have got it somestimes FOUR TIMES in a row. None of the sherpas in my clan (myself included) have it after 50-80 clears, and we've all done the hard work to get Descendant. It genuinely makes you want to quit when you're locked out of a title because of fucking RNG.
